Here at 14 SERVICES we have a wealth of expertise when it comes to managing parking issues at our customers' site/s and/or car park/s.

We can control unauthorised car parking issues in your car park and/or at your site.

We can control car parking issues for you in several different ways. At this point it is worth mentioning that every sites'/car park requirements are unique and to this end, due to our wealth of experience, we can tailor make a bespoke solution that works for your establishment. However in the main listed below are the generic ways in which we can manage your parking areas.

• Parking Permits: We can issue all those that are authorised to be in your car park/site with a physical/electronic permit that will authorise them to be at your car park/site.
• Parking Patrols: We can arrange for our operatives to physically patrol your site/car park in order to determine who is authorised to be there and who isn't. Unauthorised parking can then be dealt with via the issue of a Parking Charge Notice to the vehicle in question.
• ANPR: This involves the installation at your car park/site of a Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera. This will monitor traffic into and out of your site/car park. We can then determine who is authorised and who is not via a list of authorised registrations that you can provide to us. Unauthorised users will then be sent a parking charge notice in the post.

We will adopt a fair and consistent approach when it comes to dealing with parking issues, thus ensuring that both your reputation and ours remains intact.

It is legal for private parking companies to obtain vehicle data from the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency), providing that the company is a member of a recognised trade body and is a Approved Operator. At 14 SERVICES we are a member of one such body, the International Parking Community.
